Robert is trained as a Spiritual Director through the Kairos School of Spiritual Formation and has a private practice of spiritual direction. He is also trained in the ministry of Formational Counseling, through the Institute of Formational Counseling. In addition, he holds a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis in spiritual formation and leadership from Ashland Theological Seminary.

Robert offers Christian spiritual guidance, coaching, and facilitation to leaders, teams, boards, and organizations who seek a deeper sense of God’s presence and purpose in their work.
